Visitors to the Hellbrunn Advent Magic in Salzburg can expect a particularly romantic setting from 17 November to 24 December 2022.
The entire area with its market stands is lit up by fairy lights and around 10,000 red baubles mounted on more than 700 trees. An oversized Advent calendar with 24 windows is displayed on the castle façade.

The Hellbrunn fountains are also part of the setting. Visitors can admire an eight-metre-high Christmas angel there while the paths are discreetly illuminated.
Children can enjoy a petting zoo, pony rides and the opportunity to hand in a wish list at the Christmas post office. A Krampus station with original masks and costumes brings the history of this mystical custom to life. The musical programme features choirs, folk music ensembles and carol singers.
Hellbrunn Palace was built in the early 17th century as a pleasure palace. It is famous for its water features in the palace garden and the impressive landscaped garden. Part of the historic palace park is now used by Salzburg Zoo.
